  • 1.1. PCTV Broadcasting, PCTV Studios, and their affiliates (collectively, “PCTV”) are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. PCTV owns, operates, or provides access to these online auditions (the “Online Auditions”) in connection with the casting and production of the applicable programming (the “Program”).     1.2 By using any of the PCTV Online Auditions, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This platform (the “Platform”) and the PCTV Online Auditions are for a general audience and are not targeted to children.
    1.3 This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including both those who use the Online Auditions without being registered and/or those who have registered with the Platform to create a profile and/or upload an online audition (collectively, "User"). This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected about you by PCTV through the Platform. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop participating in the Online Auditions.
    1.4 The Online Auditions may allow you to submit or transmit audio, video, text, or other materials, including so-called “user generated content” (collectively, “User Submissions”), which is subject to the Terms of Use. Please remember that when you provide User Submissions, you grant to PCTV and its affiliates and partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicenseable license to use, reproduce, archive, edit, translate, create derivative works of, make available, distribute, sell, display, perform, transmit, broadcast, and in any other way exploit those User Submissions, and any names, images, voices, likenesses, and other identifying information of persons that is part of those User Submissions, in any form, media, software, or technology of any kind now known or developed in the future.

    • If you access third-party services through a PCTV service, your username and password for those services and other information available about or collected from you on those services.

    • Your interests and purchase behavior.

    • Publicly-observed data, such as activities on blogs, videos, and other online postings.

  • 2.4 This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of third parties, and their use of your information is governed by their privacy policies.
    2.5 Combining Information. All information PCTV collects about you may be combined to help PCTV tailor its communications to you and to develop rich online content and services across the Platform.

  • Use of Information

  • 3.1 Your information will not be made publicly available through the Platform and will only be visible to PCTV, its business partners (e.g., production companies, advertisers, marketing agencies, etc.), and PCTV representatives associated with the Online Audition.
    3.2 PCTV only uses identity verification information, such as driver's license numbers, social security numbers, or comparable national identifiers, as necessary for fulfilling a service or as otherwise allowed by law.
    3.3 PCTV generally uses information collected about you to:

    • Facilitate the auditions, including sharing your personal information with certain business entities that PCTV works with, for example, in connection with the Program, such as producers, broadcasters, casting directors, and consultants.

    • Fulfill your requests for products, services, and information.

    • Provide you with electronic newsletters, information, special offers, and promotional materials on behalf of PCTV, companies within the PCTV corporate family, and third parties.

    • Analyze the use of the Platform and information about visitors to the Platform to understand and improve PCTV service offerings.

    • Customize the content you see when you visit the Platform.

    • Develop and provide advertising tailored to your interests.

    • Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities and otherwise in accordance with PCTV's Terms of Use.

    • Verify all information you provide to PCTV for purposes of compliance with the audition rules for the particular Program.

    • For any other purposes disclosed to you at the time PCTV collects your information, pursuant to your consent or as otherwise authorized by law.

    • Contact you for promotional materials or notifications related to the Platform.

  • Disclosure of Information

  • 4.1 With Your Consent. PCTV may share your contact information with third-party marketing partners with your consent.

  • 4.2 Sensitive Information. PCTV may disclose any information contained within or derived from an audition application to third persons connected with the Program and to compile information from third parties in connection with the application process about the applicant's private, personal, and public life, personal relationships, confidences, and secrets.

  • 4.3 Authorized Third Party Service Providers. PCTV shares your contact information with third-party vendors who help PCTV with specialized services, including customer support, email and text message deployment, business analytics, marketing, suppression list management, and data processing.

  • 4.4 To Allow Third-Parties and Service Providers to Assist PCTV. PCTV may make your information available to certain third-party service providers, such as contractors, agents, or sponsors, who help us manage or provide the PCTV Online Auditions.

  • 4.5 In Connection with Audits. PCTV may disclose personal information to third parties as required by law or regulation, to protect PCTV from claims or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PCTV or others. This may include disclosing your information to government entities or other third parties when compelled to do so by subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or if PCTV believes in good faith that the disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our Terms of Use.

  • Your Choices

  • 5.1 Registration Information. You may update or correct your online account information at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Account" page or by contacting PCTV. You can also contact PCTV if you wish to deactivate your account, but PCTV may retain information about you for a legitimate business purpose, as permitted by law.
    5.2 Communication Preferences. PCTV may send you marketing communications. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions contained in the marketing communications or by contacting PCTV.
    5.3 Location Information. You may choose not to provide location information by adjusting the settings on your device or by turning off your GPS location tracking.
    5.4 Mobile Push Notifications. With your consent, PCTV may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

PCTV cannot guarantee that personal information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, as a result of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate the law or this Privacy Policy).

  • 7.1 PCTV reserves the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and at its sole discretion.
